Noel Vella

Noel is active from our HQ in Malta and he's our independent director follwing all the MFSA rules. Consultant. He has the role of non executive director at various un/regulated entities in Malta, Cayman and the UK.
Strategic advisor to companies raising early stage capital, fund formation to office/HR sourcing. Experienced fund-raiser with expertise in structuring investment vehicles. Focused within financial services, real estate, family offices and professional investor structures. Working with various regulatory entities (AIFM Asset Managers, UCITS, N/AIFs). MFSA PQ-ed for NED, Compliance and MLRO roles.

Luigi Campagna

Former private banker for over 20 years in Zurich and Lugano is co-founder, co-owner and CEO of Goldberg Holding S.A.: an independent asset manger based in Switzerland advising private client in Switzerland, Candada, United States and Middle East. He is or director responsible for our market development.

Keith Farrugia

Keith is doctor in law and is partner of GS Advocates (one of the most known law firm in Malta). He joined us in 2020 as company director and active as Compliance Officer and MLRO. His work experience began in 2007 with Pricewaterhous Coopers and, from 2008, he worked for several law firm in Malta. In 2014 he helped a well known Swiss fintech company (Swissquote) to achieve the abitious goal of Category 4a license by the MFSA.

George Tsaousis

Geroge joined us in 2019 as Middle Officer and is the first counterpart for any operative activity like: formalize our set of agreement with us, execute any order or implement the investment strategy for private and institutional customers
